I had to wait for my room to be ready for about 15 minutes.
Bathroom smelled like a sewer and it was very noisy.
I have stayed in other Alofts and this one was below par.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, modern facility and amenities. Swimming pool was great and the gym was well equipped. The staff was incredible! Every request was accommodated immediately, and they were helpful with accommodating our transportation needs with local taxi companies. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was far from town and metro station. It was expensive to use a taxi to go to metro station.

I thought the rooms were large and spacious. Amenities were good along with the restaurant and bar. Staff were accommodating to my needs when required.

The hotel in general was fine / comfortable. Although you get road noise in the room and the Sunlounger cushions are badly stained and or have damage, along with the towels which have frayed edges both in the room and pool towels. There’s nothing much to do in the area and you do need to travel around 30 minutes or more by car if you were on holiday and wanted to sight see.
Lastly it’s the only place I’ve been where you do see management around but they don’t speak to guests, not even a hello in passing.

Very nice hotel. People - they create the atmospher - were extremely helpful and courteous. Special thanks to 2 seurity guards and a housekeeping person. My room door had not shut properly on 3 occasions. They knocked on the door and made me aware. Fantastic.
Close to conveinet shopping.

The reception team were exceptional when I arrived at hotel and realised that my passport had fallen out of my pocket in the taxi.
They went above and beyond in getting it returned in under 1 hour.
Food was great and good bar and pool area.
Highly recommended.

Perfect distance to the racetrack, ncie spacious room with a large clean well layed out bathroom.
Parking was underground and free.
Breakfast buffet was really good, fantastic selection of good quality food. Coffee was ok, bare that in mind if you are really into your coffee you might be dissapointed.

This is a great hotel but they’re doing a lot of construction nearby so was hard to sleep. Once that’s done, would give it a 5. Great value for the dollar.
My stay was just okay, there’s nothing fantastic about the hotel but good enough the basics were provided

Request a roll a bed and it was provided which was brilliant.
Shower area was too narrow and ended up water running to the floor every time shower was used.
Room service was poor,
Only beds were made each day, coffee or teas weren’t filled up.
Majority of the times when room service or even front desk were called no answer, so personally we have to go down stairs to request if anything needed.
Floors haven’t been vacuumed on a 13 days stay.
Not a 24hrs room service for foods and they are very expensive for a below average standard. ( easier to get Uber eats cost must cheaper).

Hotel is in Dubai Production City, which is a quite a trek from the Dubai Mall and Burj Kalifa etc. Helpful if you're planning to head to Abu Dhabi by car as you're already on that side of the city. Bed very comfortable, unfussy accommodation. Nice atmosphere at the bar although I didn't love the food option and my cocktail was pretty bad. Great that you have Paul/Starbucks across the street for alternate breakfast options.
