it was perfect for a family as its like a home away from home. Loved that they have washing machine. overall it was great. just the bath tub was a bit scary to stand in but was strong enough to hold the weight.

Close to the airport
We stayed here for one night after arriving in Dubai before going our hotel. The apartments are close to the airport and shops, there is a dairy just opposite the hotel. The place is average but good for short stay.

Dry spacious living room. Somewhat small bedroom

Nice area, staff very nice had some problems with
Staff was friendly, room clean, area nice park in front easy to acess grocery store. The only problem was internet problems almost daily, then my bathroom sink fell out! ! It took a whole day to have them fix it once it fixed room smelled liked glue awful! Air conditioning very loud even at lowest setting. If u can get used to air noise then i recommend hotel . Repairs need to be done more promptly for customers who stay for long stay.

When I reached to hotel 12am the counter girl told me our check in time 1pm you wait one hour in waiting area tnen you will get the room.I was surprise what s. he is talking .I booked the hotel with ticket and why she is talking like this .

Pleasant stay
Well located for airport and Mirdif. Room was large but basic. Hotel has an age and room has been recently decorated to enhance stay. Art Deco theming a bit overstated in description, but attempt is appreciated. Cleaning is sufficient, but don't look too closely! Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Under ground parking available, but super tight access - mind the wall!

Kindly do not mislead other guests as your comments are not based on reality. we are with 2 KM of Dubai Airport kindly check the coordinates. all major attraction are within easy access. The nearest metro station is about 500 meters away. Providing taxi service is not in our hand. It usually takes 20 minutes to the maximum. The Taxis are booked through local transport authority. The area is very lively and there are over 50 restaurants at walking distance. You can get all the necessities of life from the Spinneys which is located in the same building. For us the location was especially good, overall the had all the basic amenities, good and regular room cleaning service, very polite courteous staff, the kitchen facilities and equipment could be better, a pleasant time over all, we plan to visit again.

We booked a apartment for 2 night everything was fine apart from the noisy air conditioning which we had to turn off in the bedroom in the end.

Bad odor in Room
Upon check in, room had a bad odor in the living room area. I went to the front desk and informed the hotel attendant of the odor, she called the cleaning crew to go spray the room. I was charged 100 dirhams for a guest that came to see me.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.... Booked early morning call and the young girl on reception did'nt pass it on to night staff as she was busy playing with iPad and not very attentive and rude .... Door man , cleaning staff and taxi man brilliant and could not do enough for you.... Shower by the pool needed fixing as tiles on the floor were broken..... And yes I would stay there again... Thankyou.

Perfect for Extended Stays
Large space, great for longer stays. Includes a washer and kitchen, separate living room and bedroom. Roof top pool, and workout room. Spinneys is around the back of the hotel and has nearly any type of food either prepared or to be cooked you could want, excellent bakery goods at near Carrefour prices. Hotel is a short walk to the Metro. A mall is a 5 minute cab ride away if you want to shop at a Carrefour or upscale clothing shops. Airport is a 10 minute cab ride away. Price is also very easy on the pocket book.

One night stay
We had to ask the o bed sheets and pillow cases to get changed as they were used. The door leading to the back of the room wasn't shutting (not secured). The maintenance officer couldn't fix it. We had to stay in room with unsecured door. The reception staff are not helpful at all. We had to wait for a taxi for over half an hour with no help from the receptionist. We had to carry our baggage and look for a taxi on the street. The exchange rate at the hotel is a rip off. Otherwise we would have missed our flight. Certainly, I wouldn't stay in this Hotel again.

Overpriced given the location
I was negative about the location although the basic amenities are there and the metro is close by, but for the same price I have had locations that are far more pleasant and close to town. The place was noisy as well through the night, breakfast was so so in comparison to what you would expect in Dubai hotels of this price.

the hotel staff were warm and helpful though some didnt speak english. The rooms were cleaned promptly. The areas to be looked into by the hotel include Bathroom towels which are very old and worn out; They should provide new towels even if it is one per room. The hotel beds are too low and mattress too soft, the hotel should upgrade some rooms, fit them with good mattresses and charge extra money. The breakfast was monotonous and uninteresting; They served cornflakes, beef bacon, fullfat milk, boiled egg and indian delicacy throughout our one week stay; Eggs can be boiled, scrambled, poached and fried!

I booked the hotel based on price only (I'm cheap). For the price I paid it was more than I expected. It a living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms were locked though because I was by myself. The rooms were respectable but far from new. Overall I was quite happy for the price I paid. You can't expect too much when you are in one of the cheapest places in Dubai listed on Hotels.com. I have stayed there twice now and both experiences were the same. I will probably stay there again. I found the hotel staff quite helpful and friendly when I accidentally left something in the room. I called when I got back to the US and they were very helpful as I went through trials and tribulations with FedEx to get it back to me. They were very patient with me when it took awhile to coordinate the FedEx pickup. The hotel is close to Terminal 2 of the Airport and has large grocery stores and decent restaurants within a few blocks.

We booked a two room apartment which was roomy for 3 people. The appliances were of poor quality or not working . The kitchen had basic equipment but it needed dishwash liquid, cloth and hand towels.Who travels with these ??? The bathroom towels were old and much used. In the early morning there was hot water leaking through the ceiling in the bathroom. Technician came and stopped the leak, but no one offered to clean, no dry towels were provided, no apology. Internet is not free which is not good for a hotel of this size. Nice feature was the roof top pool. Sadly this closed at 8pm, which is too early. Overall we were very disappointed and won't recommend this hotel to any one..

Overall stay was very good. Close to Dubai Airport free zone metro station which was very convenient. Local restaurants and supermarket downstairs which was nice to have as well. Staff Friendly and for the cost, cannot ask for much more!

Sleepless in Dubai
over priced during Eid Holiday. Room was clean but beds were noisy, broken, and overall not comfortable. Towels were not fresh and kind of old. Little variety in breakfast served in a small room in the roof. Overall disappointing.

The hotel is at best a 2.5 star, it is old and rundown, in a poor neighborhood, a "claimed" 4-star hotel without free internet .. please re-rate it to a appropriate star rating, really insulting hotel star rating.
