The property is old and quite far out. There’s nothing close by, the nearest mall is Dubai hills and it’s boring! Staff are lovely!! The food is very expensive and you’d expect more from a Sheraton

However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, though there is room for improvement. I recently stayed at a hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The location was also great, with easy access to all of the attractions and amenities that the area has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I arrived at 2:30 AM. I had just traveled 8000 miles, and just wanted a soft drink. I was told that the restaurant was closed and I should walk to the gas station next door. Not a good start. My room faced the building next door, I had reserved a city view. I contacted the manager the next morning. They told me the room was not available until my third day at the hotel. When I wanted to move, they said they would contact me, and I had to call them two hours later. Had no sense of urgency. This hotel is in a construction zone. Spend a little more money and stay in a more attractive area.
