Rooms are ok and in good condition. Be aware that for some rooms (or all?) there is no separation between the bathroom area and the bedroom. The shower door opens right into the bedroom area so if you need privacy it is limited to the space within the shower. Breakfast was underwhelming and there were issues with clearing tables and resetting cutlery. Hotel is walk able from metro station but starting to the stretch the limit of walking with suitcases especially in the heat and over the brick sidewalks.

I booked this hotel because: 1.it is near the airport 2.it has free transportation to the airport. In the morning I went to the front desk to a staff member named Amr and asked him for the airport shuttle schedule. he asked for my boarding ticket and my phone to register me for the shuttle. after 2 minutes he gave me back my phone and said he had registered me. then I found out that I had written a review on my behalf on google about your company. 30 minutes later the shuttle arrived. The employee asked to see my ticket. He asked me what terminal I was at. I told him I didn't know. Then he googled the information and said I should go to terminal 1. When I arrived at the airport I couldn't find my flight in the flight schedule on the electronic board. I asked the desk clerk what I should do if I couldn't find my flight. he looked and told me that I had to go to another airport. it was 3.5 hours before the flight. I went outside and got into a cab and went to the airport. I paid 100$ for the cab. After 2.5 hours I arrived at the other airport and somehow managed to check in and get on the plane. I ask for a full refund of the money I spent on the taxi. And the company should either not provide this service at all or hire responsible and honest employees.

The hallways and the hotel room were dirty and poorly maintained, there was also a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room/level. Many of the staff we interacted with were unfriendly (with 2 notable exceptions) and when we checked out early (to stay in another cleaner hotel) the staff member on reception did not even enquire how our stay had been

Booked Ibis to be close to the airport (normally 10 minutes drive) due to bad weather. Ibis Style upgraded us to sister hotel Grand Mercure free of charge, staff were brilliant and helpful.

A speedy check in, very helpful Staff ensuring that we were able to easily access transport in the area, clean room, great soap, spacious room, comfy bed and awesome bedding, quick check out, great stay overall, would definitely recommend and would stay again. ❤️❤️❤️Only minus was the twin bed was tiny for a plus size Lady😀

Conveniently located for a stopover as close to airport. The airport shuttle does not operate after 2pm so keep this in mind if you plan to use it.

We only had few hours at this property and we wanted to sleep for those few hours after long travels. They didn’t have the twin room when we arrived so they managed to give us king room with extra bed. The extra bed didnt arrive for 30 mins after we got there and the AC in the room wasn’t working until they came to fix it. The first hour and half was such a waste especially when we tried to just sleep for 5 hours. No one was picking up the phone so we had to go downstairs twice to tell them to fix the AC. The staff seems disorganized even we left the luggage for an hour and once we got back they couldn’t find our luggage for 15 mins while our taxi was waiting! Wont recommend it for the price. There are far better hotels in the area.

This is one of the strangest rooms I've stayed at, with the toilet and the shower sharing the same door but in different rooms. This is also one of the stingiest hotels I've stayed at, we were told a bottle of water was chargeable, (it was free for guests) after we checked out. Given the fact that the hotel was advertising that they are working towards reducing plastic usage and hence giving water in refillable bottles, and the fact that we had to buy water in a plastic bottle coz we had just checked out, I am inclined to say they are greenwashing.

Your breakfast service needs help….from staff to the way you offer food…it’s so messy and found it quite unhygienic. Property next door which is part of the same Accor group is so lovely and well managed. Will never stay at Ibis Dubai airport again.
