This hotel was super weird. I will say that some of the staff was helpful - Joyce, Chaudry, breakfast restaurant manager & team at the Indian restaurant were lovely. That said I would NOT stay at this hotel. 1st surprise was that there is no view of ocean - hotel pics implied there was a view - they have had this expectation from a lot of guests so should change their pics. 2nd: 1/2 the rooms have an INTERNAL view - no external view - so our room 131 had non-soundproof windows over the LOBBY. Not a good visual by any means and very hard to sleep with constant noise. (I did raise this with them and they could not move us bc fully booked - they told me to just call if there was noise - we did, multiple times, but that's obviously NOT a great sleep experience.) The room itself was not well lit & carpet had stains. The difficult sleep situation was the worst part of the stay (and kind of the whole point of the stay), rest was mixed. Location had no view and really not close to beach, also it is on a "slip road" so difficulty with taxis. Buffet breakfast was good.

They do not give you invoice for your company if you book from hotels.com.
Hotels.com does not give invoice and gives you only payment receipt 2 hours phone talk in vain.
İbis styles if you are visiting for business, you need an invoice to your book keeping and hotels.com and ibis styles jumaira is failing to give you invoics.
And they are so smart they do not even the difference between payment receipt and invoice

Hotel staff is friendly and professional. But the amenities are bare minimum, the breakfast is the same all week, the gym needs a thorough cleaning, and the hot water ran out very quickly each day at rush times. The hotel isn’t setup to be at capacity.

It’s accessible from airport and most of the attractions, La-Mer beach, Dubai Frame, Gold souk, Al seef, Bur Dubai, Museum is within 15-20 mins reach by taxi.
The staff is really nice and helpful. Namely Zubair, Vinod, Jamal used to treat our son very nicely and fondly during breakfast everyday, We we’re happy to spend a week there.

It was nice. Occasionally the reception had a hard time understanding me when I spoke sometimes at the front desk, but in general it was awesome. Nice clean room, good breakfast at a fair price, friendly staff. Plus it was like ten or so minutes from the burj khalifa so the location was decent, too. Yeah it was good.

Excellent hotel for a pleasant stay in Dubai. Unfortunately shuttle bus to the beach/ resort did not work due to covid.
There is no bar in the hotel which to me is a plus (I don’t like its noise in the hotels I stayed before in the city during the night).
Overall a great hotel to stay.

You Need to read this before you book your stay!!!
I give respect and thanks to the small black lady from the reception, house keeping supervisor and the house keeping guy name eugene and the hospitality of the guy from the restaurant who gave bread because no bread included from the paid breakfst. aside from them all staff will just walk past by without noticing a guess infront of them.

The Hotel was sososo dark at the lobby
i arrived in hotel before 2pm but i got a room before 3pm my first room was in 415 or 426 i forgot so when i came inside the room has a
1. broken glass or plastic frame on the floor that originally attached to the room door.
2. floor are very dirty mybe from the stain food from previouse guess.
3. the room has fly inside.
4. The beddings has falling hairs. and it was not tide up properly.
5. the room was so dark and the view from the window are restaurant inside the hotel.
so i ask to change the room.
i called and they are me to go down again to pickup new key i got the room 526.
it has huge window so over looking the car and street outside. but ...
6. the beddings has like blood stain its like small small circle of blood so i ask to change.
7. no floor rags from the powder room and the water from shower will went out to the place were you will brush your teeth.
8. it will take years to give a coffee sugar water coffemate because there is no dining restaurant are close.
9. breakfast was so so so bad sorry but we throw the days breakfast.
