This hotel is accessible to all local facilities. Great for night out walk about and enjoy the night life. The hotel match the 3 star description. It's a bit old but clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable
Clean and excellent if you want to save money. The reception does not represent the state of the rooms, was pleasantly surprised. Very helpful check in and closed to several supermarkets and Burger King.

Good customer service but was definitely lacking as far as amenities. Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned- appeared that they were hardly ever dusted. The breakfast was always cold even though it was sitting in warmers, not a great selection for the "buffet" advertised and certainly didn't help that everything was always cold.

Good review
As expected for an old an old building. It was in good condition, and renovated with up to date gadgets. Good breakfast for the small size qauntity that it is. I didn't like the TV channel selections. Swimming pool was not too small on the roof.

I didn't like the fact that we had to be asking for body wash and shampoo almost everyday. Otherwise, everything was great.

Not so good stay
My room trash bin has not been cleaned for three days !! They weee only aligning the beds and not more !! Rooms and toilet tissues and hand washing liquids have been finished , but did not been replaced with the new one.

Worst customer service
Horrible, I arrived early 7:45AM and whether it’s tru or not he couldn’t find my reservation and waited for 45 minutes and only when I decided to call Hotels.com and I am on the phone he told me he found my reservation. Then he started to play time game he said the house keeping not come yet wait until 8:30 waited then checked every 30 minutes nothing and I saw him givin another Indian a room this place is total run by Indians I don’t who owns but very unprofessional. He asked please wait and asked me if I want to drink now time is 9:55 and I said yes off course a lady brought me a class of orange juice, finally I got my room 10:55. The room had bad odor and I asked the door man who was helping me my luggage offered Airfreshener. The rug in the room was too old and since I am staying only overnight because my next flight was early next morning I didn’t bother to ask another room. Then next morning when I was checking out the same guy who offered me the drink asked me to pay 16DRH about $5.00 for the juice I had yesterday morning and I said what? How I pay a drink I didn’t ask and a drink you offered and didn’t know how much it’s going to cost me? I refused to pay the he called the manager and we both told our story first the manager couldn’t make decision he looked at me and I repeated my strongest refusal finally after minutes back and forth and started to move my way out the manager decided to let me go. I travel a lot and I have never had such bad customer service.

BEDBUGS! My stay was for 4 night but only spend 3 nights there because i found bedbugs in my bed full of blood. They been feasting on my blood and when i shown them they were not bothered like this was normal. They asked me if i wanted to stay in the same room or change room. I was shocked. I'm sorry but i wasn't going to stay other night and asked refund for last night but the refused. I checked out and when i come back i will be speaking with expedia.As a customer we deserve better.

Disappointing
When we arrived no room was ready for us, however the hotel staff did not tell us that they just told us to have a seat while they processed our check in. After waiting for 20mins we asked what was happening and that was when we were told the room was not ready but wouldn’t be long. Another 45min waiting and we finally had a room. Room was fine but the hotel is tired and could use a renovation. Each day they would also only give us one towel for two people and we had to ring to request a second one each time.
