Staff was amazing. Property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellant. Room was small with no view and the area it was in was cramped. But you get what you pay for. Nice budget hotel.

Pleasant budget hotel with polite & friendly staff
Great staff, very polite and friendly. Water could have been a little hotter. Slight leak from under the sink - no big deal. No heating or just wasn't very warm. Area is safe, but is in old town so not much around if you arrive at night. Lots of car part and lighting shops around. Found a really nice restaurant nearby where we had lovely tasty meals (chicken and rice and daal and rice) for not a lot of money. Fully recommend this for a short/overnight stay as it is near the airport (£10 taxi ride).

Stayed here fir 3 nights. Convenient to public transportation. shopping, eating establishments and DXB airport. The buffet breakfast had so many varieties to choose from and definitely a great amenity. Service was prompt and exceptional. I would stay again at this lodging property.

The staff extort tourism fees. I have never seen of such fees in staying other hotels in the area. Obviously it’s money that goes to their pockets. That’s unscrupulous thing to charge customer on their check out.

Mark Inn Deira
Wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is very close to two different Metro stations and a mall with grocery shopping. I felt safe here as a solo female traveler. I'd definitely stay here again!

should be 5 star hotel even with no swimming pool
All staff excellent, rooms spotless, 2 minute walk from exit 2 Banyas Square subway station, buy Nol silver 25AED card at airport subway airport with credit card, easy to get to hotel with suitcase on subway(4 stops red line to Union then one stop green line to Banyas Square) Banyas Square has only 2 exits..as exit gates exit 2 is left. Resturant and breakfast service Excellent.. food fantastic" thanks to Muhammad, Adir, Pappa & cooks Rajanand Ghosh(as good as 5 star hotel).. Front Desk was excellent... thanks.Nadeem,Ratu Syam Furqan,Umiar.. also thanks to security for taxi/transport to pier Arshad,Mehfooz & Demesh. Also rooms & hotel was spotlessly clean ..we were party of 12 from Kong Kong..Will only stay here next time we come to Dubai • we were on a cruise and they even arranged transport for us at minimum charge, same as taxi a taxi ...I think they called it a pickup...4 people and all luggage for 60 AED.. .The only probem I could see for others would be the 2 minuite walk from exit 2 to the hotel...it is a simple walk but a map of the walk on the website would make it easier (I use Maps me)...also the hotel can arrange the desert safaris at a cheaper cost....I already booked on line but next time will use hotel to book...it is around 40% cheaper. They have other tours, I am sure cheaper.. Well done to all staff hope to meet you all again in the future...could manager also compliment cleaning staff for spotless rooms and immediate reaction to our many requests

Stayed here twice in a two week period as my travels wrapped around Dubai. Expedia address shows this property is located on Al Maktoum Hospital Road. WRONG! The hotel is located behind a high rise parking garage on that same road. There are a series of side streets behind said garage. It took me an hour to find the place. Once there, everything was OK. Check in was efficient. Room housed a very comfortable bed flanked by end tables with reading lamps. There was a desk and chair with sufficient lighting. Storage closet contained enough space for clothes as well as an easily programmable safe. There was even a coffee/tea area. AC worked fine. The major issue for me was that hot water NEVER got HOT making for a refreshing(?) shower. The breakfast was a delight as the Indian chef made interesting dishes unknown to my palate. The hotel staff was personable and helpful.

As per Google Map and Dubai Municipality we are located on Maktoum Hospital Road , Street 34 Behind Khansaheb Parking . Far far as the address goes suppose a post man or a courier guy, He has to enter Maktoum Hospital Road Which is between Baniyas Metro and Fish road about and find the 34th Street than Mark Inn Hotel Deira. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you in finding the hotel. All most all Dubai Taxis knows the hotel and has GPS but sometime they just take passenger for a ride if they sense that the guest does not know the hotel or coming first time. We suggest you to use UBER car with is good service and they know to use the GPS correctly and comes on time. Many of our guests are using uber and they come on time and they find the location perfectly. It may have little difference in charges but not much compare to taxis . We suggest next time use Kareem apps or UBER instead of local taxis. Thank you once again and wish you a blessed day!

Great hotel, very close to all transport modes
The Mark Hotel Diera, am amazing hotel with incredibly nice staff, from Ramesh at the front desk through to the cleaners! Very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are great, the executive rooms very comfortable and a good size. The choice of breakfast and lunch is varied and covers all tastes. The hotel is a short ride from the airport and only 2 mins from the Baniyas Square Metro. A 10 minute walk will take you to the Creek where you can get an Abra across to the other side. Would absolutely stay here again.

It could be one of the day our boiler stop working and the company from where we purchased called Pearl Industries Ajman had caught fire in their factory therefore the personnel from the company could not repair it on time. No other company had its parts . complete monopoly .

Exceptional Service
Always a great stay at Mark Inn; I usually visit Dubai for business and always opt to stay here because of the location and the quality of service. The staff is very professional, attentive, and welcoming. Nice budget hotel that is super clean and comfortable - with great access to the Gold Souk.

highly recomended
for its price and being 2 star hotel i was really pleased with this hotel. reception was fast and friendly and they let me do check in around 12 which is 2 hours before check in time. staff was very helpful and polite. the room had everything you need and i liked the luggage space next to the door where you can neatly put your luggage.Also the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was very nice with shampoo , body wash and even hair comb and hair dryer availabe. the metro station was 2 min away walking and airport terminal 1 metro station was 5 stations away from the hotel.

Great hotel to stay
I enjoyed my stay at Mark Inn. Very nice food and staff. Room size, specially the bathroom was too small for me. Otherwise, I was ok with it.

the room was clean but location was not easy to find. if you rent a car dont stay here = parking is not free
