Hotel boasts of great facilities and views however it is very run down and in need of renovations. The pictures of the hotel need to be updated to current conditions. The pool and spar were in unacceptable conditions. I did not have a good experience at this hotel.

The music pumping from the night club on the 15th floor every night is deafening and ruined my sleep on mosts nights. Even after moving rooms I lost sleep.

Terrible hotel, service was extremely poor, partying all through the night and the hotel not prepared to do anything about it. No hot water for shower or bath. Room hardly cleaned, old and tired hotel. Not worth the money

Have been staying at this property for many years but this time was extremely disappointing. For starters the room had cockroaches, the housekeeping told me that their was a towel shortage and they can’t give more than one towel per room, the manager was extremely rude. I had to check out before my departure date due to an emergency and they refused to refund me the balance even though Expedia had spoken to them on phone and approved. Highly disappointed and will never ever stay with them.

No towels avalable for rooms , room was not cleaned properly as there were used tissue by cabinets , drains blocked and bathroom flooded when showering. Will go elsewhere in future

Worst experience in Dubai
I booked for 5 days but I stayed only 2 nights. The hotel were with a lot of issues... A/C doesn't working, the hot water worked only 3hs on second day... I changed room 2 times looking for something better but, doesn't happen. I paid exta fees for breakfast. First day when breakfast came, I never even saw so worst food. I left of hotel and they doesn't gave me back any amount or didn't any excuses or sorry about...
2nd room 4am when the room were so hot a d impossible to sleep

Can’t put my finger on it but won’t be staying again. The place was clean and tidy, a little dated but comfy bed. Booked this by mistake rather the Elite one next to Mall of the Emirates. Outside the streets are littered with hundreds, if not thousands of business cards for 18+ services. App won’t let me upload a photo.

Low on price....high on value.
Was a nice hotel and the people that worked there were friendly. The surroundings offer plenty to do and the hotel itself has bars, restaurants, and a club.
