We recently stayed at the Taj Hotel JLT in Dubai to celebrate our son’s birthday, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. To our delight, the hotel upgraded our room to include access to the Executive Lounge, which truly elevated our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options including made-to-order dishes like delicious aloo paronthas, which was a lovely touch of home. The Executive Lounge was a serene space, perfect for relaxing, and the service there was impeccable. Housekeeping was immaculate throughout our stay — everything was spotless and attended to with great care. Every single staff member we encountered, from reception to breakfast staff, the Executive Lounge team, and the concierge desk, was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They are truly a credit to the Taj brand. The location in JLT is excellent — convenient, scenic, and well connected to all that Dubai has to offer. A fantastic stay!

A fantastic stay for us at the Taj JLT, and the only area where I want to see improvement is during the breakfast service at Shamiana.
