"Very good value en suite room at £27 including ensuite on a Friday night in Greater London with comfortable bed and bedding in hotel with very professional reception double manned 24/7. Only downside where there could be some improvement was unusually no bedside light of any kind and only overhead light with switch at the door meaning you have to get out of bed in the dark and stumble about to find overhead light switch. Also very slightly musty smell in these loft space rooms with skylight that could be sorted out by installing trickle flow ventilation and/or a dehumidifier. "

"The water was hot The bedding sheets were clean The towels were clean THEY THROW ON THE BED ADD STAINS ON IT UNDERNEATH THE BED WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. VAPES PENS, PAPER EVERYTHING THE BEDS DOESN’T LOOK LIKE THEY’VE BEEN MOVED. WE MOVED THEM BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING FOR A GOLD AIRING THAT I HAD LOST, BUT UNDERNEATH BOTH BEDS MINGING glad I didn’t lose something before it smelt a cigarette smoke the stairs could’ve done with a really good washing down hot soapy water would’ve taken a lot of the black off. This could be a really nice place to stay. It’s in a good spot really good spot for us, but sorry, my dog lives in a better place."
