"Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. A full bag of garbage sat on the kitchen floor, a dirty mattress leaned against the house, and a bottle full of cigarette butts was outside. The cleaner admitted, “Oh, I forgot to clean,” swapped out some sheets, and left. But the space remained unsanitary—greasy dishes, dusty...

"Hotel was very central for our trip, easy access to Waterloo station. Lobby could have used more sitting areas (chairs). Check in did not provide enough information. They were short with check in. We had a credit for not using room service but were not told it could only be used in the restaurant and not for breakfast which we planned on using it for. That was disappointing. Everything else was good. "
