I’m staying with kids and surprisingly they enjoyed the stay a lot! Staff are wonderful, polite and helpful, thank you Grace and John at the reception who made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely recommend this place and I hope I’d be back again one day!! "

"Really lovely quiet, restful stay for our young family. Spacious room, helpful mini fridge & big bathroom, friendly staff & lovely leisure facilities. Wonderful few days travelling to visit Bristol. Really close to many shops & M5 etc. Roll out bed really good quality, and the main bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever used for my painful back. Would use again. Thank you! "

One minor issue: sound carried quite loudly from the corridor to my room (though luckily the hotel was quiet so only happened briefly/ a couple of times)"
