"We enjoyed our four night stay at this property. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and The staff was also great. Very professional and friendly. Food was very good with one unfortunate exception. Blanca Blue was our favorite restaurant with Dao coming a close second. The exception was Bocados Steakhouse. We were quite disappointed with the service there, as well as some of food we ordered. But that really is the only negative experience during our stay. I would not hesitate to go back to this property. "

"We were greeted with a big smile when we arrived at the resort. Our in pool Jr suite was immaculate the moment we walked into the suite. The amenities were awesome and ofcourse super friendly staff was gravy. Def. Recommend this resort to everyone. "

"The hotel is brand new. The room was wired all over with accommodating features like lighting and ambiance music. You won't find staff anywhere else that will provide this level of service. Marcos and Regina were a cut above. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay better and stress-free. The food was so good it made me emotional at times. Cannot say enough good things about this place. 6 stars if i could."

"It’s a very simple but cozy and warm hotel. The breakfast is as small as it can be but it’s included. If you can rough it a bit, this might be the ideal place. Ferry to Isla Mujeres is 3 min away, plenty of food stands but the next beach is less than a mile away. We will be back."
