"The location is great, its within the puerto cancun open mall which has a variety of restaurants and shops. Know the property is not beach front, but perfect for anyone on a boat. The hotel is nice, but there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Staff was good, but far from the extraordinary service level you tend to find in mexico."

"Staff were very nice to us. Service was great. Rooms were clean and maintained well. Couldnt give 5* due to washroom and the swimming pool conditions. Washroom is a tight space and the drain was rusty and showerhead was also in bad condition. Swimming pool water looked cloudy on day 1 and 2, but looks like it got cleaned on the day we left, so couldnt use it well during the stay."

"Honesty the people who work there are kind and very helpful. The food is great buffet style and on occasionally al carte. They were very respectful and anything you need they are more than happy to help you. Both my boys enjoyed it there the air conditioning in the rooms is really great. The view is amazing and if you’re going to book tours that place has the best people they have great prices and are super honest couldn’t be happier with thier services. Highly recommended"
