"I am astonished how they are open. It’s the most disgusting place I’ve ever have stayed. We booked a king with sofa bed. Doesn’t exist. No air conditioning in the rooms we went through three rooms each more disgusting than the last. We couldn’t find any other place. The final room black mold blowing out the vent all over the toilet we all couldn’t breathe. The pool closes at 7. It was so gross half the elevator would work no ice the place should be condemned and closed. I want a full refund. "

"Looked like floors in our room were not cleaned in a while. The shower head was squirting water from the back. Breakfast was to-go brown bags with very limited items. Location was good for visiting Everglades and Quick trip to the Keys. "

"The staff at the hotel was the best part of our experience. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was out of service all day and the next morning which made our stay with 3 children difficult in an unknown city, especially on a hot day when you arrive before 4pm"

"Booked this hotel for an overnight trip to the Keys and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and both the room and surrounding areas were very clean. Breakfast was well maintained—Viki did a great job keeping everything fresh and organized. There’s also a nice heated pool on site, which was a great bonus. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get to the Keys, and close by shopping it offers great value for the price. There was also on-site security patrolling throughout the night, which added a strong sense of safety. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!"
