"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We had to wait an additional hour in order to check in. The restaraunt located at the hotel was not good. The best thing about this location is it is close to alot of options for food as well as easy access to the tube."

He handled my room allocation with great care and was generous enough to grant a late check out until 16:00, which made a huge difference to my trip. The attention to detail and the willingness to look after guests is what sets this hotel apart. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, the team ensures you are well taken care of. "Hotel itself is great and the staff were really friendly on check in. Room are small but comfy and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great too. Only downside is that the bar/restaurant in the hotel was really bad for drinks. They were super slow, forgot our orders and still put on a crazy service charge. Other than that it’s fab! "
