Amazing experience

"The staff were extremely accommodating - we arrived late (2am) and they still had no issue with checking us in! They were so helpful with informing us about the area and things to do. Alex was brilliant, and catered to all our needs. He really made us feel so comfortable here. We booked the Ha Giang loop through Jimmi who was so so helpful, and made the process so seamless. Also, a big thanks to the other staff who ensured we never had to open the door ourselves once! Breakfast is amazing, with so many options to choose from. The bed is so comfortable and the hotel is so central. Overall, an amazing experience, with the staff really being the highlight. "

A FIRST CLASS HOTEL

"The hotel was wonderful in every way. It was suberbly situated in the old quarter and only 200 metres from Train Street. Service and attention to detail were exceptional. The hotel boasted a high end restaurant which served Vietnamese food on a different level. Having been in the country for three weeks already, we decided to treat ourselves to our evening meal there throughout our stay. However the thing that made our stay at the hotel so memorable were the staff. They were without exception so friendly and personable and nothing was too much trouble. We shouldn't single out anyone in particular but it would be wrong not to mention Suzy on reception who not only helped us out throughout our stay, but when it was discovered that we had left a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses in our room, she managed to get them to us on our Halong Bay Cruise. A distance of 98 kms! How she did it remains a mystery. So would we stay there again. Absolutely!"
