We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. Especially Jim, at the front desk gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants all of which turned out to be great. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake, just minutes away from the heart of the old quarter. Highly recommended!!!"
"The staff really knows how to take care of their guests. From the time you arrive they receive you like VIP’s to the day you leave they cater to your every need. The amenities were great, the spa offered good packages, very clean and nicely set up. Cool rooftop bar. But the one thing I enjoyed the most was the amazing breakfast.
