"The location is excellent. Just a few steps from Kensington high street tube station so easy to get around london. Beautiful and quiet area with lovely shops and cafes . The staff were all lovely and helpful . The breakfast was very good . The rooms lovely, bright and exceptionally clean . Coffee, tea and kettle in the room . My experience was excellent and I will choose to stay here again when I next come to london. "
