"What a great ryokan experience! Definitely a highlight of our trip. This was our introduction to an onsen and it was perfect. The meals are a must! The food is so fresh and delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend the Grand Hotel Arimoto and would come again."

"Staff was wonderfully helpful, rooms small but standard size for Japan. Amenities were great and breakfast was delicious, don't forget to ask + pay for the breakfast voucher at the front desk before heading to the restaurant! Did not try the onsen here, but imagine it's quite good if it matches the standards of the hotel."
"Absolutely loved this hotel it's in a perfect location to see the highlights of Hiroshima. Extremely close to Peace Park, AB-Dome and Hondori shopping street + some great restaurants.
