"Room clean, as expected. No option for reduced cost if not having breakfast which would be nice. Due to an early flight was not able to take advantage of breakfast. Quite expensive for what it is. "

"Convenient location to the train and bus staions, however, I would not stay here again. I could have stayed at a nicer place for the same price if I had walked another block. The door to the room and the door to the bathroom were both in exceptionally poor condition. The bed was uncomfortable and the carpeting was old. I should have selected a hotel than was centrally located rather than near transportation."

"Very nice room. Staff were great! Bar was nice. Location was excellent. Parking was not easy. "

"Hotel was well located, staff were very welcoming and attentive. Although a lot of hotels take a card on check in for additional charges such as the bar, breakfast etc, this hotel actually takes the deposit from your card at the time and then refund you a few days later rather than only processing charges on check out. Not sure this is a great way of dealing with customers as you have to check that you receive the refund. "

"Overall stay was fab, staff were amazing and the place is very welcoming. We had a spa day and overnight stay which was amazing the only thing I will say is the spa amenities could do with a revamp like the steam room and sauna area"
