"We were upgraded to a suite, which is very tastefully decorated. The room has a lot of characters, and the location is just a short stroll to twon centre."

"Was visiting for the NEC Games Expo. Hotel conveniently located just a short drive away. Facilites and room really nice with lots of parking available. Parking fee was £10 for the night which I was aware off but something to keep in mind. Had diner and breakfast at the hotel and food and service were great. A lovely and convenient location for our family trip. "
