"Good location but not recommended breakfast "

"Sheets didn’t seem very clean, hairs in them. Although we purchased late check out we were woken up by staff banging on our doors telling us to leave. Who then bluntly apologized and left once we told them. No kettle was a disappointment. Upon check out staff were using profanities among each other and even talking about what they had found and taken from lost property… dodgy…"

"The bar could be open later and the staff at breakfast were a bit slow acknowledging we were waiting to be seated. The lobby and reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. Breakfast was superb. "

"Location is perfect for Central London. The hotel is a few minutes from King's Cross and St Pancras overground and underground stations. We were visiting London for an evening at the Theatre. 100% recommend. Nothing to fault. Will return."

"Really close to the tube. Breakfast was great. The only real complaint is that no one seemed to know when the kitchen closed for the night. I got several different answers. The same person seemed to be tending the desk and the bar and the kitchen — lack of staff seemed to be an issue. Nice place, though. "
