This was our favorite place we stayed in Italy! The hotel is lovely the staff is so helpful. Breakfast was so nice! We could walk back for breaks in the day it was close everything. Our view was amazing!!. It’s worth the money! It made our time in Florence so enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel and really nice staff. Breakfast was great. The only issue we had was the need for a fan. The room was too warm to sleep without one.

The hotel is adorable and in a great location within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. The best part of our visit to the Arte Hotel was the outstanding service and care we received from Aneta and her work partner (I'm sorry I don't recall her name) It felt like a 5 star hotel experience at a 3 star price. It's obvious they both love what they do and they do it very well ! We will definitely return to the Arte Hotel on our next visit to Firenze.

Couple problems with the room: sink wouldn’t drain properly and sewer stink comes up from the pipes. Also upstairs tenant walks around with high heels for hours at all hours of the day and night and it echos through the room since it’s hardwood floors up there too. I would say room is not very sound proof so I had to wear earplugs. Area is great and the staff was great as well. Very helpful.

Almost perfect
The service is amazing they are very attentive and kind...I would say there are 2 negative things to say about this boutique hotel. 1 which is not their fault, the entire building smells like moisture has settled in. 2 I do think a good paint job or touch up paint would help make the hotel look better.

The hotel area is great , location is awesome. The service is good . Now this is my opinion for start city tax have to paid in cash, ( I wish they let me know in the website) . Second I visited the city in November , the heater is not by controlled by the room meaning the room got really hot and you don’t have A/C , they told us open the window , but when you opened the window mosquito and bugs get in. It’s was a nightmare. I expressed my situation and i only got I’m sorry. It’s was hard to get some sleep. I wish I got another hotel, even this one is was beautiful one .

Dear Luis,It is sad to know that our property didn't meet you expectaion.I need to correct your feedback about the heating. Each room has a controller to switch on and off heating.It is true that cooling mood is not allowed in Novembre but it is not our decision but simply a local law.For mosquitos we provide ani-mosquitos product which work perfectly.We are sorry that you would not chose our place for your next stay in Florence.I hope you enjoyed anyway the complmentary wine and all our suggestions to discover our amaziong city!Wish you all the best!

Property is beautiful and in an amazing location. The only downside is if you are driving it is hard to get to and GPS was not helpful. You need to pay for parking offsite. Staff was wonderful and place is very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay here! Staff was excellent, great location, room was fantastic. Florence was our favorite city of the trip and this hotel was definitely one of the highlights. Would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend to others!

Fantastic hotel, 3 mn stroll from the famous Duomo. Everything was fantastic! The staff super helpful and kind (especially Bernadette), our room (No.4) gorgeous, spacious, super clean with a large balcony and a partial view of the Duomo. Above and beyong expectations in all respects. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Florence. Staff was awesome and made you feel all the time welcome and well received. Only a few minutes walk from the dome and close to everything else. I look forward to coming back to Florence and staying here again!

This hotel is worth every penny! The staff is absolutely wonderful, and very helpful. The hotel is situated in the old area of Florence so most attractions are walkable. I would definitely stay here again!

A nice hotel and very convenient to so many sites! Service was impeccable and the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The ceilings were high and made the room feel open and big. Would definitely recommend!

This was an absolutely exceptional stay down to every detail. Gorgeous hotel, room, reception area and bar. Hosts explained everything, local suggestions, even called local spots for us to make reservations. After we checked out we could still stay and relax. We will absolutely be back

Dear Mr. Jungkun,Thank you for your time to write this comment.I am very sorry that you have written your feedback such full of anger only because I asked you to respect the rules and reply simply but firm. 'no' to your request.Long story short,you have booked a room for 3 people even though you needed one for 4 people as that was the total of travellers. We had no avaliabilty for a bigger room that could accomodate all 4 of you so we were unable to let your whole family stay with us.There's no need to criticise our breakfast calling it 'trash'. It looked you have enjoyed it and I need to underline that I didn't ask you to pay any extra for additional breakfast.There are hundreds of reviews that strongly appreciate our breakfats service. Your comment is simply unfair!Also,there is no need to suggest me to temper my attitude. I was very calm and explaind you with detials our position,you just didn't like the anwser.I don't understand your comment about our 'security'.Franckly speaking I didn't notice that your wife or daughter were worry in any way.Our property is a classical boutique hotel,located on the second floor of a historical residential building, if it was unsafe according to your standards I don't understand why you left your wife and daugther staying with us and have picked a different place for yourself? I find your review so not true and harming but it will not change the way we do our jobe,always full of passion,always with a smile.Enjoy the rest of your hoilday!

The staff went above and beyond! They hosted daily complimentary happy hours that we loved after a long day of walking. The room was beautiful, and the air conditioning worked very well which was important for a July trip! We absolutely would stay at this hotel again.

Five Star Experience in Florence
We absolutely adored this hotel! The attention to detail and to service was unmatched. Our room had a wonderful view of the Duomo and we loved listening the bells each morning before strolling to the beautiful dining area for breakfast. The hotel also offered an afternoon happy hour that was a delightful break between sightseeing and dinner. At check-out, they even gave us treats for the train ride to our next destination! The Arte' Boutique Hotel offered a five-star experience in every possible way. Just perfection!

Cute, boutique hotel just minutes walk from several of Florence's main attractions. The breakfast was great, staff very accommodating and friendly and the included happy hour is a nice touch.

Beautiful accomodations in the heart of Florence. Both classic Italian style with modern amenities with clean and spacious bathroom. We even had a partial view of the Duomo from our room. Wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend to anyone coming to Florence. Literally all you need to see is no more than 10-15 minute walk, a lot just within 5 minutes. What really takes the cake is the service we experienced during our stay. Bernadette greeted us warmly through check in, answered our questions, and arranged a taxi for next morning. Upon arriving at the airport the next morning, I realized I left my backpack.in the taxi, very distressing. Aneta was extremely helpful tracking down the taxi and coordinating the return including providing the taxi information so I could chat with them directly and keeping me updated along the way. Beautiful accommodations but what makes Arte Boutique truly outstanding and special is the people.

Overall our stay did not meet our expectations based on the ratings and reviews. While the staff was lovely, the following make our stay less than desirable: our initial impression of the entrance made us feel uneasy as the hotel is located on a different floor of a multi-tenant building, upon arrival our room was filled with mosquitoes and flies, the room was very dusty/not cleaned well and on day two our towels were refolded which did not allow them to dry properly.
