Enjoyable place, staff was very attentive and helpful. Andrew, front desk desk delivered a great customer service experience to us. Room was quiet and with all needed amenities

Had a wonderful stay. Pool has massaging jets. Sauna is great. Room modern and roomy. Some hooks and shelfing in bathroom and room would be nice. It would be nice to have a keetle in room as well.

Place was clean and in a convenient location, if a little sketchy at night, I wouldn't recommend walking alone. The staff were not overly accommodating or friendly, except for the female security guard working at reception who was lovely and very helpful, overall it was fine, nothing to rave about however.

They shouldn’t accommodate people in a room right next to the front desk, the noisy part of the hotel. Crazy loud specially when operating big tours and groups of vacationers. Super noisy, kids running up and down the stairs and aisle all night long

Everything was good but the laundry service. It wash whit a little bit of soap and also you need to paid doble dry cause on the firths one the clothes are wet

Very good hostel, convenient location close to attractions and the train terminal, which includes good breakfasts for a reasonable price, and also has washing machines and dryers. Muy buen Hostel, ubicación conveniente cerca de las atracciones y de la terminal de trenes, que incluye buenos desayunos a un precio razonable, y además cuenta con lavadoras.

The place is very clean, in a great location within walking distance to attractions, and has a spacious and comfortable bathroom. However, the sound insulation of the windows and doors is not good, and it remains quiet only until after 11 o'clock at night.
