"The staff are very helpful and attentive! They made our stay very comfortable. Good clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom. We had the continental club lounge which was lovely to relax in, with a good choice of drinks, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very good location for shopping, and fairly close to the ferry. It feels clean, elevated contemporary. We were sad to leave! Please be aware the location shown by Expedia is incorrect. The hotel is at the northern end of the Harbourside mall and a good 10 minutes walk to the Star ferry. "

"Where do I start? From the minute we checked in they were so very helpful. Collecting us and luggage from taxi and taking it to our room. Booked 2 queen beds which were so comfy. Bathroom was large and clean. Bottled water topped up every day. Nespresso machine with 3 pods daily. Plenty of storage. Be On Canton the bar on level 3 was lovely. Outdoor space which was a bonus. Lovely Johnny made our stay. It was really a well placed hotel and everyone was helpful. The concierge were really helpful and gave us an old-fashioned map, which was brilliant. 5 Stars no doubt! "
