"Our stay at Belmond Hotel das Cataratas was nothing short of magical. Waking up just steps away from the breathtaking Iguazu Falls is an experience we’ll never forget. The hotel is stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and the level of service is truly world-class. A very special shout-out to Jonathan and Emerson at the bar, who made every evening so enjoyable and also Aline in reception. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their excellent service, great recommendations, and warm personalities made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They are a real credit to the Belmond team. We also treated ourselves to massages at the spa, and they were absolutely incredible. It was one of the most relaxing and luxurious spa experiences we’ve had, and the perfect way to unwind after exploring the falls. We left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful rooms and exceptional dining to the unforgettable atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Belmond for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return!"
