The staff are very helpful. The room is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast has a good spread and enjoyable. Unfortunately, there isn't any convenience store nearby. This is made up by a brand new mall where you can get everything from food to shopping to various services.

very friendly staff, but many people are vegan and the fact that the plates in the breakfast area smell like eggs ( from the breakfast eggs) isnt very helpful. Also, it would be nice to have more vegan options and better quality bread available

We were detained a day due to flight availability and they charged us for the day we did not stay, but neglected to tell us that upon check in! Coveniently locked us out of room until we agreed to pay for an extra night at 30 dollars higher!

This is a well run hotel in the world established Hampton inn identity. If you shop there are deals available and they serve an excellent (Germán style) breakfast. I recommend it. One hitch, transit is displaced because of subway construction in the area.

This seems to be a new hotel. Good for families with kids. It’s very clean; it offers a nice breakfast and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is pretty good, too. It has nice restaurants around and a nearby mall with plenty of shops and supermarket.

I would like to start by thanking Maria Belen she was an exceptional employee, she was kind and helpful. She help me and guide me to visit places in Germany , she also recommends great restaurants in the area of Frankfurt , she spoke two languages so I was able to communicate confortable. The place was clean and the staff kept everything clean .. I would definitely stay here again .
