"No problems with arrival late as key in door. Tidy but very congested for 2 people. Heater too small for the cold. But in all no real issues. We loved Queenstown lots to do."

"Bed was comfortable, the kitchen had good utensils and pans, etc, and the accommodation was very well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There was no wash powder on the day we were there, but there was a huge washing machine and dryer available for use.
I would recommend this accommodation to families and couples. It was very spacious. "

We were given an upgrade to a room that was more suited to our family (3 young kids)
Every staff member was extremely friendly and kind."
"The owner was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. Would have liked a microwave in the cabin but it’s not a deal breaker. The gas log fire in the cabin was lit which made for a warm and cozy welcome when we checked in. The bed and bedding were nice, warm and comfortable. As it gets pretty cold there, electric blankets might be a nice touch, that way you don’t need to leave the gas heater on most of the night. All in all, we had a lovely time."
