I found the APA Hotel to be clean, and the staff members were consistently friendly and polite. While the rooms were a bit small, I understand this is common in Japan. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would certainly recommend your hotel. "

"Good location, easily walk to Shinagawa station. Many food places around. Room is big and clean, have a working desk that good for business travellers. Many breakfast choices but the buffet restaurant is always long queue. Overall happy to stay here although it is not cheap."
