"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shibuya. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the area felt very safe with easy access to the train lines. The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. My room had two beds, a spacious bathroom, a washer/dryer, a balcony, plus a hot plate, sink, and mini refrigerator, which made the stay extra convenient—almost like having a mini apartment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shibuya. "

"Wow! This hotel is spotlessly clean!! Our room had a washer/dryer combo which was super convenient. The room was small enough to be comfy yet well laid out so it didn’t seem cramped. Reception was really friendly with a nice lounge area. Free amenities were available in the lounge, and a 24hr convenience store right across the street. Close to many restaurants and stores. This hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed and definitely the cleanest. "
