"My stay was incredible, staff were very helpful and never hesitant to answer my questions. The ryokan is very charming and it feels homey, especially coming down for breakfast in the morning! Would definitely stay here again, it’s close to the train station too. Thank you!"

"Great, affordable place to stay for a few nights. The beds were not comfortable at all, though. The rooms are pretty small. Bonus: access to a kitchen and laundry as well as common spaces. "

"Aside from the location being a bit far from the subway station, it was generally a good place to stay. For the price, it was convenient to have a private room and unpack my luggage."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. They can speak English. Even if they don't they use a translator. The room was very clean and they leave out fresh towels and bottled water if you didn't want your room cleaned out for the day. Although the bed and pillows are hard, but I think that goes for all the hotels in Japan. The location was good as well, only like 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants, train station and other stores. I would stay here again in the future."
"Everything was great! Clean room. Daily room cleaning. Helpful staff. Buffet breakfast had both Japanese & Western food. Location is excellent. Next to Kinshicho Station. Close to shopping centers-Termina1 & 2, Parco, KIT, OIOI, and others.
Haneda & Narita Airport Limo Bus stops here. Close to the Skytree tower and many sights to see and visit. "
"The room was clean and spacious for our family with two young kids. We booked two rooms as we were traveling in a bigger group, and the staff was kind enough to accommodate to our requests of having both rooms on the same floor. Rooms were also spacious enough for us to open up our luggage. What’s the truly unbeatable - the location! Mins walk from a 24h supermarket, a donki, and Senso-ji. We will be back! The L10 lounge with a view of Tokyo Skytree was also a nice touch. Staff were also friendly. "
"Wonderful location accessible to train station walking distance. Breakfast was diverse with many options. Friendly staff and overall service. I will be back in future times. Thank you APA"
