"The room is clean, but the front office staff weren’t very friendly and they weren’t very accommodating. I felt that they did not care for foreigners. I saw that they were more gentle with Japanese customers more than foreigners. The breakfast buffet was OK. I feel like they didn’t stock up quickly. "

"The unit we had included 2 bedrooms: one with two double beds and one with a queen bed. It was perfect for our family of 4. The unit also had a decent sized kitchen, bathrooms (separate room for the toilet and a separate wet shower/bathroom) and laundry. Worth noting, the machine is wash only (not a combined dryer) but the bathroom has a clothes dry setting on the fan, so we used that to try clothes, and put some in the rack on the balcony. Hangers and clips were provided, which was appreciated. Other things provided and not expected were slippers, combs and toothbrushes with paste. The room was very high tech, from a contactless checkin and check out to the bathtub that can reheat your water. We had a lovely view over the water and found the unit to be very quiet and comfortable. Conveniently located one stop from universal city but there wasn’t much around for amenities. There was a larger grocery store/Family Mart within 10-15mins walk, but not much else, so you’ll want to eat elsewhere or buy food to prepare in your unit. "
