We loved our stay here. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were cute and well appointed, and the staff went above and beyond. They helped with everything we needed help with, including a very complicated luggage forwarding issue. They called our other hotel and helped to arrange everything before we check out. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The lobby was nice but the room is small and bathroom is not newly renovated. The design of room is not user friendly which wasted some space for opening the suitcases. Location is just average which it takes you around 10min to walk to Hakata station. With this price, there must be better choice near Hakata station or Nakasu.

Love the library vibe! The room that we booked was nice and spacious for 3 people. The bathroom was huge with bathtub. About 10 min walk from hakata station and there are not many shops around. Overall it was a great stay!

Good grand lobby hotel with decently sized rooms and nice decor. Stayed here a second time after my first time around but wasn't really given any VIP privileges unlike the first time. Staff are all very friendly and helpful however and the room is equally good. The pillow is slightly on the flat side so having an extra per person would be better. Nonetheless I will definitely choose to stay here again if ever in Fukuoka again.

Very good size room and the rooms are very nicely decorated. Hotel lobby is very grand as well. Slight miss on the housekeeping though as on both occasions of staying here during this trip, in both rooms we found some bunch of other people's hair in the corners of the room on the carpet which was probably missed out during the vacuuming. Received a free upgrade on this date which was rather nice although we checked in late and left somewhat early the next day. Sound proofing could be done better as I could hear people talking in the walkway from within the room.

The staff were very nice and they allowed us to store some of our luggages. The place is well maintained. It would have been a 5 star rating if they have actual laundry facilities in their area. The TV in our room is placed in an awkward position and it doesn't swivel.

Fukuoka’s little gem
Pretty amazing hotel in structure and space particularly around Xmas when there was a gigantic tree in the lobby. Great location easy walking distance to Hakata train station with cafes & eating places close by. Very Covid safe hotel and staff are welcoming and very helpful.

The hotel was convenient. However the bed mattress was not very comfortable and most of the pillows were very flat, slightly uncomfortable to sleep on. It would be nice if body lotion was offered in each room.

Love this hotel. The location is very convenient and the hotel is so gorgeous. Wi-Fi is very good here without any disconnect issue, and they have a good coffee - the local stand coffee.
