"The location was interesting and I enjoyed the night walks at the canal. It is admittedly a bit far, hard to walk especially in the snow, but just take note of the bus timings!"

"Wonderful property to stay at. It was nice and warm with plenty of storage including a drying room for ski's and snowboards and gear.
A car is needed as public transport is not regular.
Will definitely stay here again."

"Hotel is pretty new. Very clean. Room is a little small. Booked superior twin room. Was allocated room on 9th floor which had a beautiful view of the sea. Difficult to hve 2 luggages opened. Very good location about 7 mins walk from Otaru station. When we arrived Otaru it was raining hard, so took taxi to hotel which costs 700 yen. Hotel is also within walking distance (10mins) to Sakaimachi street Otaru canal. Lots of eateries near hotel. Behind hotel is Sushi dori (sushi street).. lots o sushi restaurants. Staff are pretty helpful. Maria is wonderful. She speaks good English n assisted me several occasions to do restaurant reservations."
"This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. It will be the most memorable stay for us and the view of Mount Yotei and in room onsen, was the icing on the cake. Even our room service meal was out of this world. A must visit for all."
"It was great experience with Unwind. I like the design of the hotel. Room is clean and well designed whereby I found everything I need. The hotel also offers free wine tasting everyday so please don't miss it if staying with the hotel. "
"Spacious room with good amenities. Kitchen, washing machine, public bath, free parking all are awesome. A little bit from the center, but no problem if having a car"
