"My husband and I went to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary, it was our first time staying at a 5 diamond resort and we are extremely impressed! All the staff were amazing and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Delicious food on all their restaurants, however our favorite one was the Peruvian restaurant Misika. All the amenities were amazing. Will definitely be back."

"Just want to mention you need to upgrade some stuff in rooms.... the cleaning was not the greatest....I was kind chock how rooms smell and how the under sheets have mold. Right on all sides I check both beds and same... Staff was great and food was 9/10 . Suggestions for pool need snack around and better snacks at the bar...popcorn and tortilla chips come on.... We had a fabulous view and food...but yes needs some upgradesm"

"Family friendly Great location A couple of ladies at the buffet, & servers , always had an attitude. FRONT DESK, was everyday a problem. 1 PERSON CAN'T DO THE JOB . 24/7 Checking was terrible. Ricardo( Richie) dinning area, AND Felipe by pool Were THE BEST !!! I, would LOVE TO come back SOON !"

"Everything was great. There were a couple of things that weren't in the room. 1: No refrigerator in the room. Not good if you have young kids or babies. Also no place to refrigerate leftovers from restaurants. 2: No microwave in the room. They had air-conditioning in the room. It was a lifesaver. It was a nice place to stay though. I would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful time at this resort! The rooms were big and very nice. This place is very kid friendly! The staff was amazing! Don’t have a single complaint about the service. I’ve seen a few negative reviews about the food but we all loved it! Every night for dinner, they’d switch it up. One night was Oriental night, Italian the next, Tex-Mex…. Absolutely delicious. The beach was breathtaking, crystal clear water and they had servers on the beach who’d bring you drinks. They were amazing! The only negative thing I can say, was that there was construction on one side of the resort. The seafood restaurant was closed because of this as well at the second pool. Wish we would’ve been informed about this when we booked. Overall we really enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back someday."
