The location, room, and associated facilities were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great two-night stay and were warmly greeted by the front desk personnel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Parking is secured at $25 per day, which gave us peace of mind, especially as we were using a rental car. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we even enjoyed a lovely sunrise view. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Courtyard Murdoch.

Plenty of parking around the property, walkable distance to eateries.

I have booked the room with a reservation for parking lot. The hotel was a 2 mins walk to Femantle Market. Lots of dining options in the area. The beach areas were about 10 min walk. The hotel offered a 5 to 6pm free 1 drink at their pub next door with cheese platters. Breakfast was simple in the morning with nice bread and lots of jam spreads + coffee machine + tea. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much. The staff at check in was very friendly

We only spent one night here as we were passing through but enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly upon check-in and the room was much larger than I expected. We had a nice size kitchen that would have been useful if we were there more than one night. Washer/dryer in the bathroom was a nice surprise as well. It is very scenic, with a view of the Swan River. It's right next to the marina. It's a beautiful neighbourhood. We loved driving across the bridge to dine frequently at DOME restaurant. People working at property are nice and friendly. Overall a lovely stay.

Booked 2 room for the family trip and was given rooms fronting the swan river with great view of CBD. Front desk staff was friendly, accommodative and efficient. Hotel and room was spanking new and in great condition. There’s 24 hours IGA within the hotel building, super convenient. You can also take the cost effective TransPerth ferry ride to CBD and enjoy the views on swan river. Check in and check out was fast and the property was clean and well maintained. Love how big the balcony was and the kitchen was equipped with tools for simple cooking like frying an eggs or toasting bread. There’s also a microwave, kettle, toaster and pots to use. And the cherry on top was they have a washer and dryer

This hotel is a great place if you are visiting kids at UWA or recovering from treatment at the hospitals. But it is not a resort for 1st time travellers. We enjoyed running along the Swan River every morning. Best to have a rental car.

Overall a very good stay! Wished we stayed longer. Stayed in the Chester King bedroom and it was beautiful! Was initally worried about the shared toilet, but it is very clean and nicely renovated/decorated - Chic industrial style. Check-in was at the Bar, which was packed and very vibrant! (dont worry, the noise doesn't travel to the rooms above). Highly recommend The Local Hotel.

Location is the best!

Stayed for one night after arriving from Perth airport on way to Margaret River in hire car. Found place easily and managed to park car ok (we were on Saturday night and Sunday when parking is free so not an issue - if at other times then may need to try and park on verge outside venue which is no guarantee. Nice hotel and rooms are big! Very cozy, very beautiful piece of property. Enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly and sincere working personnel. Would definitely return again next time in Perth
