Good apartment, view the room first before stay
Our first room had a problem with blinking lights when the hot shower was turned on, so next day they offered us another room which has better room layout.

Great Sea View Spacious Apartment
Check-in / Check-out staff courteous and efficient. Breakfast acceptable, however, the waiters were very attentive and fast clearing empty cutlery. Own transport essential when visiting nearby attraction from apartment. Direction signs can be improve for guest to Check-in counter, breakfast venue and to/from car park to apartment.

the apartment we got was nowhere as nice and sleek as the photos show. it was just a simply furnished spacious apartment. air conditioning was strong but water heater wasnt great.

Where is the wine bottle opener?
I returned to the hotel at about 9pm and requested for a wine bottle opener at the reception. I obtained the following responses in the course of repeated calls to the reception. 1) F&B has not replied. 2) F&B still has not replied and reception will check again. 3) F&B is closed for the night. 4) Another hotel guest had requested for a wine bottle opener earlier that night but did not returned it to F&B. 5) There is a restaurant across the street where I can borrow a wine bottle opener. I do not expect a wine bottle opener in every room. But I expect a wine bottle opener to be available upon request. Eventually, I was not able to enjoy my wine that night.

All you need.
The room and facilities is exceptional, only my comment is try get a room that facing to the sea rather than facing to the hill otherwise you end up looking at the hospital buildings. The pillow is not comfortable enough and the show head holder is malfunction. The receptionist staff is not that friendly compare to the hotel staff.

The studio apartment basically clean except that the sofa needs attention badly. it dirty & smells. I think the housekeeping should report to the management that the sofa need reholstering.

Just a Fantastic hotel.
Great experience. Absolutely loved it. Very nice location. The hotel staff were more than welcoming. Will love to stay here in my next trip. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel reception seems unsure about the check in process. We arrived at the hotel at 7.20pm and did not get to our rooms until 7.50pm. When we enquired we were told the rooms weren't ready. We do not understand why aren't the rooms ready when we are suppose to be able to check in at 2.00pm. Other than the check in process our overall stay is ok.

We are waiting more that 40mins to check in and get the room key . When I request for extra blanket and pillow from housekeeping, the girl answer the phone just say whatever finished and they are busy whole day!

Good place to stay, modern spacious apartment (2br & 2br), with good kitchen facilities, although lacked a washer and dryer in our apartment. Big master bedroom and good sized 2nd room. Relatively close to various food choices and hawker centres, including Northam Cafe. Most other hawker centres (Pulau Tikus & New World) can be reached by walking 15-20mins. Otherwise most places including Gurney is a short 5min Uber or Grab ride away. No facilities like swimming pool or gym was the only minor thing of note and getting to the front entrance can be a little confusing at first as you need to enter via the Vouk Hotel entrance and drive around the back. Housekeeping and reception were friendly and willing and quick to attend to any issues. Overall a good holiday apartment and would stay again.

Avoid if you want peace and quiet
10 min cab ride from ferry port. Impressed with studio room. Clean. Good bed. Has a balcony. Air con and ceiling fan. Washing machine didnt work ! Now the bad bit. Extremely noisy from guy upstairs. Not sure what he was doing but felt like he was moving furniture through out the nite. Same 2nd night. Didnt get much sleep. Very poorly insulated room and a lot of noise from the corridor from people coming and going. Nothing local apart from a starbucks and shop downstairs. About a mile walk to gurney drive to catch the hop on bus. Also has large mall there. Overall, experience severely spoiled by the noise

Good stay at mansion
Overall was very good during the stay. It was abit unpleasant when i requested for a hair dryer from room service but it took 40 minutes and 4 rushing calls to receptions. Other than this, it was a good stay. The breakfast is very tasty

A Comfy 5-Day Stay!
Very pleasant & comfortable stay without disturbance of noises. Feel at home with the studio unit I stay. I showed the unit to my friends and they are surprised with the simple decorated, yet fully-furnished suite. This pleasant stay is beyond my expectation. Will definitely come again!

The fan remote control are missing , unable to control the speed of fan. The sofa have dirty mark that don't know what kind of it might be. Water leaking on bathroom sink , it didn't make sound to disturb but it kind of waste of water.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Front Office staff and security guards are efficient. The studio suite is sufficient to cater for your needs with a microwave, utensils, plates and bowls and coffee / tea making facilities. Taxis, Uber and Grab car are always found within the vicinity of the hotel.

Good Hotel - Convenient to Gleneagles Hospital
We needed a place close to Gleneagles Hospital, and this was perfect. Our room was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. We felt that this hotel offers good value and would stay again. We also liked that it had a small kitchen. However, there were no kitchen towels provided to dry dishes - would have also been nice if some dish soap was provided. We were only staying for a couple of nights, so did not want to go out and buy those things. We ended up using some shampoo to wash our coffee cups. We were provided two bath towels, but no hand towels. Also, housekeeping could do a little better job on the hallway floors.

Nice location
Very nice size room and spacious and comfortable grouse view of the ocean and the city views and so close to all shopping centres and close to public transport and very regular bus times and timetable. Recommend all my family and friends to come to this hotel and only a 30 minute drive from the airport and vise versa.

Overall stay was a pleasant experience. Studio room is spacious. Only the parking area is a bit small especially the ramp with tight corner. Room was a bit dusty, but was quickly rectify after inform hotel staff.

Superb!! Standing at balcony for sea view!!!
I had very good experiences for staying in this place. A very big size serviced apartment with 2 queen bedrooms(nice decoration and super clean), full sea view at own balcony and kitchen, microwave(Samsung brand), fridge etc for us to enjoy the most. Good place for parking as well and we stayed 2 nights here, housekeeping when we heading outside. Overall really satisfied at all, will recommend anyone to come here and stay for a night. (sea view!!)
