Location is very convenient. Close by to many restaurants, bakeries and public transportation. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception was excellent with answering questions quickly. Will definitely return.

The room is very cozy and comfortable. Location is very convenient, but even it's right across from the bus terminal, it's very quiet. The staff is very responsive via email. And the owner is very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend my friends to stay.

Very good location. The first night we were in a smaller room which was very clean and quiet. The second night we were offered a second room that was facing the street which was a lot more noisy. I think theres a nightclub right next to the hotel that blasted music until 4-5am. Staff was very communicative and kind. Bus station right across the street. Would stay again.

We had three nights stay in Chania. The hotel staff on site is very nice and friendly. When we found our cellphone transfer plug was forgot in the last hotel. The lady immediately lent us a matched plug. The hotel is located in the city central area, easy walking to most places what we planed to go. Room is clean and comfortable.

I loved the communication via the Whats app app. I was able to ask questions or get help and everything was outstanding!! Perfect location, clean and affordable. They Helped me find a pharmacy for covid testing, things to do, an American plug, and where to go to eat. They change the codes so it is very safe. They also helped me with transportation to and from the airport. Thank you!! Outstanding.

Wir buchten das Familien-bzw.Vierbettzimmer für die erste Nacht in unserem Familienurlaub.Da es am nächsten Tag in den Süden der Insel weiterging und die Anreise für unsere doch noch jungen Kinder sehr anstrengend und aufreibend war.Wir hatten alles zur Verfügung was wir für die erste Nacht brauchten und mussten nicht alle unsere Koffer öffnen um zu den wenigen persönlichen Dingen zu kommen,wie z.B.Zahnbürsten,etc. Grundsätzlich hat man hier alles zur Verfügung was man auch für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht.Bei Nachfrage geben einem die Hosts bestimmt auch Auskunft welche Tavernen oder Cafés bzw.Bakeries man aufsuchen kann um sich kostengünstig verpflegen zu können.Wenn man sich selbst etwas Besteck,Teller,u.Ä.mitnimmt lässt sich auch prima auf dem Balkon des Zimmers eine kalte Küche genießen. Zu erwähnen ist auch noch,dass sich das Hotel direkt neben dem Busbahnhof befindet.Dadurch ist der Lärmpegel natürlich höher,aber die Anreise relativ bequem und kostengünstig ;-) Genau aus dieser guten Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß(samt Gepäck)haben wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Auch die Checkout-Zeit mit 11 Uhr ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen.Da wir in der Stadt noch gemütlich frühstücken konnten und dann erst unser Gepäck holen mussten. Einziger Nachteil bei viel Gepäck:Sofort nach der Eingangstüre muss man eine steile und lange Treppe bewältigen.Der Eingang ist relativ unscheinbar und befindet sich zwischen einem Blumengeschäft und einer Bar.

I had an amazing stay at Dome Luxury Rooms. The host was very friendly and the hotel is in a perfect location, right infront of the central bus station and 5min walk from city historical center. The room was very clean. Nice television and great airconditioning. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again in the future.
