"Great hotel! Grand and inviting lobby. The doorman was really friendly as were check in staff. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the linen clean. The pool was very nice with great lookout especially during sunset. We enjoyed the breakfast with a good variety and tasty dishes, it was nicely laid out. They have coin laundry (purchase token at reception) which was very handy for us. Location was OK, we mostly caught grab to places so was fine. "

"The first room that we went into was ok but very dirty and smelt like mould, did not expect that from Hilton, as the name does associate to the room standard Then we were given a different room, good room all was nice but dirty floor, hair in fridge, main door not shutting properly, cabinet with fridge in it rotting from the legs, water dripping from ceiling due to condensation, again don’t go with the name please The lobby and swimming pool area is amazing though."

"The most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautifully presented with a balance between traditional furnishings and modern amenities. The only drawback was that there was no A/C in the house other than the bedroom, so it could get quite hot. However, the A/C in the bedroom worked very well so there was no problem falling asleep. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Penang."

"This hotel maintains a good management of G Hotel team but with a more affordable rate. It is still close to the two major shopping malls. The amenities were good and the rooms were nice. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

"We had booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. Amir at the front desk was amazing in keeping up with our request as we had requested for the rooms to be next door to eachother or connecting rooms. He was very polite and helpful. Mizan also the manager at the front desk was also very polite and helpful, if we had and questions or requests they were met very promptly, always greeeted us with a smile and politeness. Hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was a beautiful spread of local dishes, fresh fruits, yogurts, tea, coffee, pastries, cakes and much much more. You can request the chefs to make you a omelette of your choice along with any other dish you wish to put together within reason as they had all fresh ingredients available. The rooms were cleaned regularly mornings and also by the evenings we would also have another round of cleaners come by to check on water bottles which were supplied to the room or just give the rooms a quick tidy. The mini bar was all complimentary which was a bonus as there is a pool, Gym and kids club which again was free of charge aswell as the wifi and they also had a choice of connecting your devices to the tv along with either watching Youtube or Netflix. The 3 kids club staff were absolutely amazing. My little 6 year old loved going to the kids club nearly everyday, as they had alot of different activities for children to do like puzzles, reading, colouring, drawing, origami which the staff sit down with you and do together."
