"Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is a very nice hotel, it sit in between Hakata Station and Tenjin. Every night the street food vans start up about 5pm and they are just across the road. I that isn't your thing, there are plenty of Ramen restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. There are a number shrines and temples within walking distance. If you need good tourist information head down to the tourist information office at Tenjin, they have plenty of maps and sightseeing brochures. The hotel is adjacent to Canal City Shopping Centre."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my 7 night stay, my only complaints were that it was a little dusty in some areas and there was only a microwave in the lobby. Otherwise a comfortable stay with great access to Hakata station and right across from a 23hr affordable food spot (Sukiya)"
