Hotels with indoor pool in Harrisburg - Hershey

"Great close hotel to Hershey Park, only about a 5 minute ride over! Easy check in and check out, rooms looked and felt updated and very clean. We had a 2 double bed room. Decent gym and pool is indoors, nothing crazy but was definitely a perk for the kids at night! Lots of parking spaces, restaurants coffee and ice cream were in walking distance. Would def recommend and stay here again when we're back in the area!"

"Cleanliness was a relative concept—it certainly could have been better. Upon entering one of the rooms on the third floor, we found dirty, foul-smelling socks on the floor, left behind by the previous guest; it is strange that the cleaning staff failed to notice them. In other rooms on the second floor, a significant amount of hair was present in both the bathtub and the sink. Furthermore, in Room 108, the door lock was broken, making it impossible to open the door from the outside. Consequently, every time we wanted to enter the room, a receptionist had to come and unlock the door with a master key. She was very polite but refused to move us to a different room. There was excessive noise in the vicinity of the hotel pool—someone was partying loudly until midnight—yet no one from the front desk intervened. Our guest, staying in Room 124, was unable to either rest or fall asleep. In such instances, hotels should offer refunds—even if only partial—rather than limiting themselves to apologies and assurances that things will be better "next time." The possibility that things might be better next time is of absolutely no interest to us, as we will not be staying there again. Besides, no one would have believed it anyway."

"The Location is great and the hotel was very clean. Our room was spotless but really outdated. Staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. The thermostat was adjustable and worked well. There was a mini fridge, coffee , and hairdryer. However, The bathroom sink leaked and was odd shaped. The bathtub was very narrow and there was no closet. There were some closet rods sticking out of the wall but no door and the musty curtain for the window covered the space where you could hang clothes."
