"We absolutely loved the location and the beautiful common areas at Hilltop Legacy — peaceful surroundings and stunning views! The host was very friendly and even took time to chat with us and share some great local recommendations. The bathroom didn’t have a vent, so it could get a bit musty after use, and we missed having a microwave and an iron. "Guesthouse was very much as shown: community spaces for bathrooms and cooking etc. and the location was great, very close to Akaka Falls yet outside of town enough to enjoy slowing down. Found great shaved ice at the Aloha General Store. We stayed in the king bed room, which was clean and mostly comfortable, but gets baked in the sun from sunrise. The room was very hot and could use a ceiling fan, the small one provided barely worked to cool the large room… and having the windows open meant...
