"Clean and beautiful "

"What a terrible hotel! There’s a bad smell in the rooms. The maintenance and cleaning was next to non. One of the days my suitcase had been opened whilst I was away for the afternoon and also I was left with itchy skin and rashes all over my body! When I asked for the security team to investigate my suitcase, I had to wait nearly two hours for them to turn up! All they offered was a measly voucher to the hotel buffet! Please avoid this hotel! I will be taking this up with my credit card company!"

"I love the Luxor. I could stay for free at other MGM properties that are considered higher end like Bellagio or Aria but I choose to stay there. The staff is extremely well trained, very professional, and also kind. They are too at the other properties but something about this one feels cozy. I also personally love the Egyptian theme. And the bathtubs are great. Thank you everyone for the great service."

"Rooms and bathrooms need a revamp, water leaking in the main casino room is poor. Prices for food and drinks are cost prohibitive for any long term stay"

"I stayed two nights in the Petite Queen. The room was very nice and well-kept. Spacious room with two bathrooms which made it even better! My daughter said the in-room dining experience was very good. The only downside was the wait in the lobby for check-in and check- out and inquiries. I suggest using the kiosks to check-in and the in room check-out, no waiting."

"Our check-in and the staff were lovely upon arrival. However, things went downhill from there. Our room had no consistent hot water. The front desk staff arranged for the engineering team to check on this twice but the issue was unresolved throughout our 4-night stay. We did not receive housekeeping on three days, despite multiple requests for our room to be serviced (regular services such as garbage removal, fresh towels, making the beds). We even ran out of body wash. When I went to the front desk to request more body wash, the staff said they didn’t have any to supply at the front desk, and that it would take 1 hour for housekeeping to deliver it to the room. This was late at night and we needed to bathe our child to put them to sleep. The WiFi service was inconsistent - it was limited to two devices per day but did not refresh every 24 hours like it was supposed to. And last but not least, we discovered dried blood on the bedsheets on our last night. The staff members were unhelpful and the hotel manager, Andrew, was unkind and did not work to resolve the issues. "

"Property is in excellent condition - very clean and in good repair. Traction was very nice and the staff was courteous, professional and efficient. Restaurants in the property were great! Everything was what I expected and beyond!"
