Lovely and relaxing place to stay
We found this place purely by its location - a quieter part at the southern tip of Kenting. The place is nicely done with a roof top balcony (one can get access to 24 hours with free tea and coffee facilities) with a pool and amazing view to the sea. We stayed in a beautiful room with great sea view too. The lady who was dealing with us is very friendly and helpful. Knowing that we have travelled for while, she let us used their laundary facility so that we can refresh our stock.

Sea view suite lovely but not restaurant!
Our stay here was made great by the fact we got upgraded from a standard room ( very small) to the beautiful sea view suite, which was stunning, and that we were pretty much the only people staying there. The roof terraces and roof top pool (pool being a loose term as it is tiny) was lovely but if there had been more than just us two it would have been crowded. Breakfast was delicious and the guy working there was lovely. However, we were extremely disappointed that there was no restaurant, cafe or deli as very explicitly advertised ( including pictures of food) on Expedia. The restaurant was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel so it was unacceptable that this service was not here especially when there is such a large focus on this on the hotel listing. This was made more annoying as there is nowehre to eat in the evening near the hotel and the last bus from kenting is at 9pm and the buses are very sporadic. If the food services are seasonal this should be made clear. I would recommend staying here but the listing for the hotel is misleading and if you are there for more than a couple of nights you really need your own form of transport.

Dear Toby: I apologise for not being explicit enough about the hotel facilities when you checked in. They include: -Breakfast, served every day at the top floor from 8am to 10pm; -Courtesy coffee, tea and cookies, available 24 hours at the top floor. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the ocean view with a nice cup of tea. - Lunch and dinner are also served at the top floor with 1 hour notice; -Free shuttle bus service between the hotel and Kenting (station at Starbucks Coffee); -Bus service between Eluampi and Kaoshiung every hour (bus 9188 - station 10 minutes' walk). About the doorbell, you are quite right; it'll be fixed very soon. Sorry again about the trouble, we are doing our best to improve our service. We appreciate your remarks as we still are a young hotel and need improvement. We are going to put up Chinese and English notices summing up our facilities in all the rooms. 위치는 켄팅파크 종점에 위치하고 있습니다.켄팅야시장에서 버스로 15분 떨어진거리에 있습니다.가게주인들은 매우친절하며 영어실력도 매우 우수합니다.저녁 노을을 편안히 감상하기 좋은 테라스가 옥상(프리커피숍)에 있으며 아침식사가 매우 정성스럽고 훌륭했습니다.숙실은 어느정도 괜찮았으나 방음이 조금 부실했습니다.

房間裝潢很漂亮
我們這次特別挑選住VIP房，在3樓，房間有浴缸，裝潢得非常漂亮，這次有帶小BABY去玩，小BABY也很喜歡，入住時一直笑~開心極了~手工早餐很別緻，天氣晴朗時晚上可以去頂樓看星星，離燈塔近，民宿外面有宮廟跟其他居民，有位伯伯一直在喝酒，感覺都醉醺醺的，抱小孩時會有點擔心，週遭環境較令人堪慮，除此之外都很棒。

您好:謝謝您的讚美與分享我們的用心。 民宿位置就在鵝鑾鼻居民區~這也是我從小長大玩耍的地方~ 所以當阿姨想要整理這間老房子時:)我和法國老闆二話不說的接手，並且把我喜愛的閩南建築融合著法國老闆的法式居家美學。巧妙的裝置於每個不同的房間。民宿附近每個老老少少不是鄰居就是親戚:) 對我而言這不是一間民宿而是一個"家"!! # 關於您擔憂住在邋遢週遭環境喝醉酒的阿伯是不用擔心的~他老人家只是喜歡喝一小杯而已啦~況且早上他可是海上傑出的捕魚人呢!

早午餐不是法國人做的~
到民宿前，以為隔天早上是網路爬文所說的（法國人煮早餐）~ 經詳細詢問後，更正不是法國人煮，是民宿管家amy親自為大家煮唷 法國人只是偶爾端端菜因此被誤認

您好: 1~對於因為您入住的當天早上"不是我們法國老闆 "(沒有親自為您準備而感到失望，說聲抱歉)~ 我們法國老闆跟大家一樣也是需要"休假"回法國過節日的~ (他不是全年無休) 我們經營"家"民宿是為了讓大家體驗法國居家美學的浪漫風情而不是標榜著"法國老闆必須每天為房客親自做早餐"所以他不在當然由管家Amy或台灣老闆為大家服務~ 2~對於您說"以為隔天早上是網路爬文所說的（法國人煮早餐)當然也是真的阿!!!!而且他還加碼每天早起做餅乾或蛋糕給當天的房客品嘗!!!這些您爬文的時候也應該有看到才對~ 每個分享的文章都是每位和您一樣"親身"體驗的短暫家人!!! 會不會選擇再次回"家"我們都是保持堅持一樣的服務熱誠與信念 除了早餐的部分還希望您有體驗到我們跟別家民宿的不同!!! 謝謝您的分享

年假放鬆之旅
對接待的服務員amy印象深刻~爽朗的態度，真是沒有距離感 台灣導航系統有點不準，建議到附近200公尺後，打電話給民宿詢問 海景房只有三樓（大大海景）看得到海，二樓（小小海景）只能看到一點點點點點點的海。 四樓餐廳跟小泡水池就比較可以看到海了（全景）

可以看到燈塔及海的飯店
雖然有些遙遠，距離墾丁大街開車約１０分鐘；但到燈塔走路就可抵達，民宿的人員都很親切，是景觀及環境整潔都不錯的民宿，但較適合自駕的人

當初是因為網頁有寫"有豪華浴缸"且"頂樓有景觀泳池"才訂購~ 但現場房間卻沒有浴缸.向管家反映後卻說要浴缸的房型需再加價300... 直到我們出示網頁上確實有寫有"豪華浴缸"才免費幫我們升級到有浴缸的房間. 但浴缸只足夠一人使用.但原本"豪華浴缸"的期待有點落差... 除此之外.管家非常親切.有甚麼問題也都會回答.早餐很豐盛好吃~ 頂樓小泳池的景觀還不錯~夏天去池水曬得熱熱的有點泡溫泉的錯覺... 泳池旁邊就是廚房.可以自己泡咖啡~ 地點比較偏僻.在巷子裡所以並無專屬車位.但非常寧靜...去磐石公園看夕陽或看星星都很快... 想要享受僻靜感覺的人可以考慮... 建議要先去大街捕貨回來..不然附近沒甚麼賣店..

hello Jen 您好 您預定的是我們民宿裡最小的空間房:網頁有寫"有豪華浴缸"(因為本來是的確有~但因為空間問題且住客的反應才把浴缸移走!!目前正改正為乾溼分離浴室/移走浴缸同時也更改了網路上的相片所以相片裡是沒浴缸/卻忘記了需要再去進入系統將浴缸選項更改為淋浴項目在此再次向您道歉) 網頁上寫"豪華浴缸"原本"豪華浴缸"的期待有點落差... 很抱歉在此網頁裡只有兩個選項-豪華浴缸或浸泡式浴缸-( 關於賣店??? 其實跟您分享從民宿走出就是聞名的鵝鑾鼻公園不用五分鐘的腳程!!!這裡有將近50個攤位:)) 有最實價的紀念品和最老好吃的麵店!! 只是全部攤位都是早上約09:00~16;00營業時間~ 有兩家傳統式的便利商店營業時間也很長:07:00~23:00 和一家複合式快炒餐廳:10:00~21;00

非常舒適的民宿
房間內擺設好看 其中一亮點為房內附設吹風機為負離子吹風機 頗實令人小小驚喜 頂樓共用空間可眺望海景 還有免費享用的小點心和咖啡 早餐為民宿主人現場製作 讓人隨時可享用現做美味的早餐 唯一小小可惜的是 免費無線上網的訊號不太好

謝謝您喜歡我們貼心和用心的服務~ 關於網路:我們建築物共有四層樓層 所以每個樓層都有自己的WIFI連結點但是密碼都是一樣的~ 也就是說:如果你先連結的網路點是ROOF HOME4樓 頂樓的海景點 然而您住的是三樓那麼網路訊號就會弱((您必須連結您住房樓層的HOME 3F))所以每層樓的連結都不一樣 LOBY HOME 1F HOME 2F HOME 3F HOME ROOF HOME 不好意思沒跟~您介紹仔細~下次回"家"時~記得有任何的問題馬上與我們反應~住的才會更舒適~ 謝謝您的分享 CHUNGHO & Jean luc La Maison B&B
