We asked for our luggage as we had checked our luggage and she had her colleague bring half and when we inquired about the remainder of luggage she said they are looking for it. "My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip. Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food. We also enjoyed excellent food right in the hotel restaurant. Would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
