"We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay. We always had hot water and experienced no issues at all. Additionally, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. We would definitely recommend this place."

"We were unfortunate be there with road works under our windows and front door, and the building undergoing renovations at the same time. The redevelopments resulted in the aircon having to be turned off which was not fun in a hot Vienna.
Our host was most apologetic, offered a discount and had provided a pedestal fan which made a bit of a difference, especially at night.
That aside, the apartment was very clean and very convenient, in a quiet residential area opposite St Elisabeth Church. Easy...
