"I arrived late at night, but there was staff available and we were able to check in. However, we had to wait about 30 minutes as two guests were ahead of us. The room was clean, but I couldn’t stop sneezing during our stay—possibly due to pet hair, as the hotel seems to be pet-friendly. Amenities were minimal, but there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The bus and tram stops require a short uphill walk, and with a transfer, the city centre can be reached in about 30 minutes. At check-out, there were no clear instructions, and no staff were at reception, so I waited for a while before eventually leaving the key card and departing. Clearer guidance would have been appreciated."

"I had a very good stay at the hostel. Its clean and staffs are very friendly and approachable. The metro is just 3 mins walking distance and 10mins for OBB station. Breakfast has a good variety too. The only issue was there are no adaptor sockets in the shower/ bathroom and since it's en suite it becomes difficult to use the hair dryers at night as using the hair dryer at the allocated bed socket makes it noisy for other roommates especially after 2200 when others are sleeping. Overall, a good safe stay. "
