"We loved our stay at Ritz Carlton. The hotel is beautiful and we loved our room. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We used the club lounge and everything there is high quality. I would really recommend staying here if you visit Vienna. The location is great, 10 minute walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to the main shopping area."

"We had a really wonderful stay at the ViennaMarriott. The room was spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and informed. They booked a musical performance at Saint Paul’s that was excellent. The location of the hotel was also a great plus where many key sites were within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Seamless check in when we arrived after an eaely morning start travelling - The lady who dealt with our check in was warm and welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away. The room was spotless and was cleaned daily with fresh towels if required. Great size for a family of 3, would most definitely visit again. Only thing missing was they were unable to provide a bed guard for our 3 year old, he is too big for a travel cot."
