"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to our Expedia Butler, Noris, for making our vacation even more enjoyable and unforgettable. She checked in with us every morning to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. When we mentioned that my husband's birthday was during our trip, she went above and beyond to help arrange a birthday cake for him. Her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made our stay extra special. We truly appreciate everything she did and hope to see her again on our next visit."

"We spent our honeymoon here and were very happy with the experience. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. Drinks were tasty and strong, and they also gave us complimentary liquor in the room. When they learned it was our honeymoon they added a complimentary breakfast in bed and romantic dinner experience. The pool was beautiful with a swim up bar. Food ranges from good to excellent depending on the restaurant and dish. I especially liked the Porterhouse steak at the Grill. We also took a day excursion to Saona Island and the natural swimming pool which were beautiful to experience in person. My only criticisms with the experience: - dinner service could be slow at some popular restaurants. Over an hour between ordering and receiving our entrees. We were not in a rush so it was not the end of the world, but definitely saw some people getting up and leaving when they couldn’t stand to wait during to hunger. - the beach had rough waves and a lot of sargassum. So we spent our time poolside rather than on the beach. The excursion to Saona Island was enough to satisfy our beach experience though - calm, beautiful blue waters and white sand just like the pictures."

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with toiletries, snacks, and beverages. Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful, especially Edwin, the concierge. The food was overall very good. We especially enjoyed dinner at the various restaurants on site. The buffets had a nice spread and the food was good. Other than the buffets, there wasn’t much in terms of quick bites or snacks. Overall, this resort is highly recommend. There were so many details from resort staff that made our stay feel special."
